“I'm so glad I got a chance to try Chipotle again after my last visit was a bit of a disaster - I was craving that perfect burrito bowl and this place delivered. The staff were super friendly and the barista even let me order without asking twice, which is more than I can say for some other places. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly how I like it. 30 minutes after ordering, my number was called and I had a hot burrito in hand - nice change of pace from waiting forever at another spot.“

“There are three Chipotles in downtown, but I drive past the other two to come to this one because the team here is always efficient and gives good, healthy-sized portions. They move the line quickly without ever making you feel rushed, and the food is always fresh and consistent. The restaurant is also kept really clean, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely my go-to Chipotle downtown.“

“Madeline at the front was seriously holding the whole place down. She was helping customers, taking orders, checking people out, grabbing things from the back, helping with Uber and DoorDash pickups, and somehow still made our meals with care and made them even more delicious.

She was everywhere, doing everything, and still had a great attitude and a smile the whole time.“

“Parking in their lot can be an absolute nightmare if it’s even a little bit busy, but there’s typically a spot on the street close by. Plus, once you get into the shop, the employees there are friendly and take good care of you.“

“Ordered a veggie burrito through delivery service today. The burrito completely fell apart as I opened the foil and it is mainly filled with guacamole. Thankfully I love guac, but it’s so much it feels like an employee must have been playing a practical joke? I’ll never know sadly, but I do wish they would have included more chips.“

“Servers were ok. The food is a hit and miss. Most of the times I've been there and have gotten the chips they have been either completely stale or getting there. I don't know if they can been made fresh daily or done within every couple of hours but something needs to change with the CHIPS please!“

You can't fully enjoy a non-alcoholic drink without ice. How y'all gonna keep making the same mistake...it's obtuse. Other than that, it's a solid Chipotle location.“

“absolutely the best chipotle experience i've had. they gave me everything i wanted and more, and the portion sizes were excellent. they noticed i was using extra sauce so they double bowled my order. they opened the doors just a touch early cause they knew i had ordered - i was in and out in 20 seconds. the people are nice. i go to chipotle a lot, but i probably like this one the most.“

Vegetarian options: If you ordered a meal without meat then guacamole is free!

Dietary restrictions: It's like Subway "build your own" so if you have restrictions you can just choose not to add something. Most items have a little bit of a kick, since it is named after a spicy pepper.

Parking: We were lucky enough to find a meter on the street just next door but I'm sure some days those spots are difficult to find.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals options available.“

The greatest Chipotle meal I’ve ever had in my entire life was from the team of heroes working at the establishment this night. I’m not a religious man but god bless this team of people. They provided grand portions of protein and layered the ingredients in an aesthetically beautiful way. May promotions befall on the crew of this night.“

“The rewards QR code scanner has been broken for months. I have to manually enter my receipt into the app for rewards, which isn't a huge problem except that the app limits entering receipt rewards to once a week.Sometimes the guac is quite fibrous, which I personally dislike.“
