“There are three Chipotles in downtown, but I drive past the other two to come to this one because the team here is always efficient and gives good, healthy-sized portions. They move the line quickly without ever making you feel rushed, and the food is always fresh and consistent. The restaurant is also kept really clean, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely my go-to Chipotle downtown.“

“I gave Chipotle three stars not because of the quality of the food. the quality is great. I just remember how it used to be before it got corporately bought Chipotle used to have the most amazing cilantro rice. their beans were Smoky. even their tortillas were a little more chewy and but after the big corporations bought it out. from my understanding is the gut work shocked they brought in a bunch of consumers and asked their opinion and it got made more bland more average they still make everything fresh on site like the guacamole which used to be really vibrant. now it's just guacamole. same with the rice. same with the beans all just pretty average it's healthy. that's the best thing about it but it used to have just spectacular taste. does anybody out there? remember that? I mean ask Ozzy Osbourne, before he passed away, he used to eat there all the time. if you watch the old episodes of The Osbournes he always had a burrito in his hand from Chipotle but when they changed he stopped going like I going to go there that much anymore. but when I want a quick healthy Mexican meal I stop in. one thing else that I like about the place is a limited packaging. they still use paper cartons with aluminum tops compared to lots of plastic paper cups. so I like the how environmental it place is still“

“I’ve generally had pretty good experiences here. Last week I was accidentally given the wrong order. However, I reached out to the store and the manager was really helpful. I was able to pick up my order with relative ease. I appreciate the customer service here and I look forward to ordering from here again.“

“Went here for lunch. Even though there was a long line, the crew behind the counter was very efficient! The line moved very quickly. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Food is good and fresh. Generous serving. I was only able to eat half of the bowl. I saved the other half for later.“

“Servers were ok. The food is a hit and miss. Most of the times I've been there and have gotten the chips they have been either completely stale or getting there. I don't know if they can been made fresh daily or done within every couple of hours but something needs to change with the CHIPS please!“

“Day time service is way better, night time crew plays alot in the back and keeps the old rice on the line. Beans were mushed together and refried.

“Ordered a veggie burrito through delivery service today. The burrito completely fell apart as I opened the foil and it is mainly filled with guacamole. Thankfully I love guac, but it’s so much it feels like an employee must have been playing a practical joke? I’ll never know sadly, but I do wish they would have included more chips.“

Parking: We were lucky enough to find a meter on the street just next door but I'm sure some days those spots are difficult to find.

“I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews. I've been here maybe 3 or 4 times. Service has always been consistent. They greet when I walk in. People are complaining about the wait times. It is a smaller location on one of the busiest streets in la, what do you expect?“

“Came to this chipotle and I really was rushing and it was a very long day and I had no time to eat you I honestly didn’t want to be the guy that comes into the restaurant six minutes before close however, I had no choice and I already felt bad enough, but Ariel was super sweet and accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure I was fed as such a late hour I had only brought in cash made a special exception for me, knowing they would have to rerun all reports for me who did not eat all day and the day has been I cannot stress how grateful I was for them to be able to make sure I ate. I was clearly delirious as I had not eaten and left my wallet on the counter and halfway out the door Dorothy comes and runs and gives it to me and after having my wallet stolen about a month ago, it’s a little gestures like this. I appreciate this establishment and the people they employ and I will continue to support. Thank you guys so much, the store was clean and smell fresh and chipotle when it gets close to closing, you have to sacrifice you’re being options sometimes even meet but not here at the chipotle for one of the best experiences.
