I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews. I've been here maybe 3 or 4 times. Service has always been consistent. They greet when I walk in. People are complaining about the wait times. It is a smaller location on one of the busiest streets in la, what do you expect?
Bad parking, VERY inconsistent protein serving sizes, drive thru lane is rarely attended- sometimes a 5 minute wait to flag an employee, orders often ready late when ordered ahead. Food quality has ranged from bad to really good some days. As if specific shifts are much more trained in prep. Also have been charged wrong and had to wait around for a manager to fix

Giana provides exceptional service, making customers feel welcomed. Sabrina and Justin at this nearby location are also praised for their excellent service. While parking may be limited, the overall experience at this Chipotle is highly recommended for tasty bowls and friendly staff.
