I placed a mobile order for pickup, but I happened to be in the store while my sandwich was being made. The employee working around 8:00 PM on July 28 (my receipt says “Served by 999997”) was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond by recommending a couple of sauces I never would have thought to try—and they were delicious! It honestly made my sandwich a five-star experience.

I love going into Subway getting my sandwich. The lady there named Trina is always so kind and sweet asks How my day is? makes juicy sandwiches

Subway, located near the intersection of La Cienega and Pico, is known for its cleanliness and friendly staff. The vegetables are fresh and of good quality, and special requests for meals, such as a tuna sandwich with no cheese or veggies besides extra olives, are understood and accommodated. The service is efficient, with employees able to handle multiple tasks at once, even starting the next order while something is heating up in the oven. Parking is usually available, making it a convenient option in LA. While tipping is not expected, exceptional service may result in a tip, as was the case with a 20% tip given after receiving great service.
