We can agree the RATES and NEGATIVE REVIEWS speak for themselves. So I won’t bother saying anything else because people have already said what my thinking is. People need to get their sh!t together at this Chipotle. 🤷♂

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant that offers Mexican cuisine, known for its burritos, bowls, and tacos. A customer recently visited this Chipotle location, which is a bit of a walk from Angels Flight and was recommended by a coworker. The exterior of the restaurant looks nice, and the service is fast, even during peak lunch hours. The price for a chicken bowl was $11.06, and the food quality is fresh, with generous portions. This location is generally cleaner than some others, with friendly staff and plenty of seating available. Customers often find the food tasty and satisfying, and Mexican food lovers can never say "No" to Chipotle.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the restaurant could be better, particularly the overflowing trash cans during peak hours, and staff need to clean dirty tables more often. The cost of the meal is a bit high, considering the minimum wage mandate in California. Some customers have had issues with the pick-up window, finding ordering inside a better experience. The quality of meat has been disappointing for some, with inedible parts of chicken and steak received, and the brown rice is often undercooked. Portion sizes are not always consistent, and the guacamole has been described as turning brown quickly with a different texture than usual. Overall, while Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh and flavorful food, there are areas where the restaurant can improve its service and food quality.
