“The food and service is always really good. There was a higher up talking to would appear to be the manager right in the middle of the dining area. The higher up was talking so loudly. It’s so inappropriate for so many reasons. Bad for customer experience, bad for team member experience and ultimately just not a good vibe. Have that conversation is private!“
