“Hello, honestly, no matter how much I say about this new Chipotle branch on Simi Valley, it wouldn’t be enough—it’s really excellent. Compared to the other Chipotle branch on Simi Valley (town center), this new location is much better. The food quality at this new branch
is significantly higher, and the staff are very respectful toward customers. I’m truly happy that this branch has opened here.

“My order got mixed up, but the woman who helped me turned the whole experience around. She was so kind, patient, and professional. She made sure my order was remade perfectly and took the time to make everything right.
