I went last Saturday for a matcha cookies and cream Frappe. Customer service at the register wasn’t the best. Yet, Jasmine is a great worker, made my frappe quickly and it tasted amazing! Compared to other works she greeted me and told me to have a good night, her greetings and smiled seemed genuine! Give her a raise haha. Amazing way to make the customer feel wanted.Dietary restrictions: Milk options
Hi. Want to post this as fair warning. If you visit the spot on the Santa Monica pier, make sure you have them. Repeat your order back to you. Otherwise, you might order one item and get something completely different. Not at all what you wanted.

The iced teas we got were great, but they were out of the first two flavors we asked for. Drinks took a long time to make even though there weren't many people there. Also there's nowhere to sit - this is a grab and go type of place. However, drinks were super yummy.
