We drive out of our way, past two other cold stones to come to this location! The staff in here is always very friendly and have exceptional customer service. The music and lights are super fun for a Saturday night!! Keep it up! :)

The employees at the cold stone in my town aren’t always really welcoming so coming here was really different ,sasha was the BEST , he was very friendly and let us sample an ice cream . It was a really good experience.

They don’t take Apple Pay… But they’ll take a picture of your credit card if you give them the number and expiration date… Lol yeah, right
Excellent customer service. Website wouldn't process my order. They took it over the phone and my order was ready within the five minutes it took me to drive there. The cashier was friendly and rang me up with a smile. Got the mud pie mojo. Always hits the spot.

Owner couldn't understand my order seem like he was getting frustrated the lights are all off and a display center for ice cream cakes was empty and unplugged so I guess they're about to go out of business I would never go back there so the Lg ice cream at the Wilshire Location is $30.00 the same size at the Inglewood Cold Stones store is $ 19.99 Wow!

The creamers at this creamery take lots of pride in their craft. My friend and I came in and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service. The man behind the counter was so friendly and took lots of pride in his craft. Watching him work the cold slab brought me back to getting hibachi chef dinners with my family as a child.
