Great coffee. Friendly staff. I have only been to the location on S Shepherd in Houston TX. wish they had more parking. love the pink top and straw for February. Wish they would open a location on the east side Baytown/Mont Belvieu area

La La Land has outstanding and delicious coffee that haunts customers, with high quality packaging. The crockie (croissant + cookie) is amazing. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the coffee they serve. One server was so kind and made customers feel welcomed. The place has a real LA vibe with lots of seating and a selection of drinks. However, the business is run inefficiently, like a small town tanning salon. Staff work at the pace of a sloth, taking 30 minutes for toast. Mobile order pickup is confusing, with no signs or instructions, and staff acted like customers were stupid for not knowing. One customer had to wait while their drink was never made. More parking is needed, and a location on the east side Baytown/Mont Belvieu area is wished for.
