Very friendly and courteous. Dinning area and restrooms were clean. There is parking spaces on both sides of restaurant.

Just found a long clear-ish hair in my double cheese burger it literally made me sick to my stomach. You guys need to make employees wear hair nets for everyoneâs sake

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unpleasant enough that I feel it should be addressed.
As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through, the employee assisting me was very short and dismissive. I placed the following order:
⢠A Breakfast Deluxe with a medium coffee
⢠Two hash browns and two sausages à la carte
⢠A #5 meal with an orange juice
I specifically asked that each meal be placed in separate bags. When I politely clarified this request, the employee responded with a rushed and rude âyeah, yeah, yeah,â and did not seem to be listening.
When I received my order, it was incorrect. Instead of two hash browns Ă la carte, I was given one additional hash brown as part of the meal. Additionally, the Breakfast Deluxe bag did not include the syrup and butter that normally come with that mealâsomething I would expect, especially since I requested separate bags.
Throughout the interaction, I tried to remain friendly and polite. I even said âthank you,â which was completely ignored. The overall tone made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for placing an order.
I am not asking for anything for free. I paid for my food and simply expected to receive what I ordered, along with basic courtesy. I hope the manager speaks with the employee who was working the drive-through, as I would hate for another customer to have a similar experience.
Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I will not be returning to this location.

I did receive a call back from management. I was informed that the employee working the drive-thru was originally from another location and will be returning there. The manager also shared that this was not the first complaint regarding this employeeâs behavior.
I want to be clear that I am not looking to get anyone fired. My concern is simply that the issue be addressed so no other customers receive the same uncalled-for treatment. I appreciate the follow-up from management and hope this leads to improved customer service moving forward.
However, I will not be returning, as my order was never corrected and I did not receive any follow-up regarding the order I paid for!

Typical fast food McDonald's. I'm farther away from the city so not sure if the parking was typically. But the parking lot was terrible for full sized SUV's. The parking spaces are so tiny and they back up into the drive thru. The drive thru line was also all the way out into the street. It did take a while for someone to offer to take our order. I think they assume that we are going to use the self order kiosk... which takes forever and I am not proficient to order on one of those. Just so much faster and personable for someone to take my order. The employees were polite and nice.

Is everything alright? No ketchup and one packet of butter with my deluxe breakfast. If you guys are low on supplies I can take my business to another location but you have to let the public know.
I am writing to report a highly unsatisfactory experience at your McDonaldâs location on [today 5:10]
I placed my order inside the restaurant and waited approximately 20 minutes without receiving my food.
After noticing that my order seemed to be overlooked while other customers received theirs, I inquired and was told to continue waiting.
In total, I waited inside for 40 minutes without my order being ready, despite repeated assurances from staff.
Since I had other commitments, I eventually left the store and tried the drive-thru to see if I could receive my meal faster.
At the drive-thru, I was told to wait âfive more minutes.â However, this turned into an additional 12-minute wait just for a single burger and a drink.
The manager on duty provided time estimates that were repeatedly not met, and staff appeared overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of orders or communicate clearly with waiting customers.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, failure to keep promises on wait times, and overall mismanagement of orders is unacceptable.
I expect better from McDonaldâs, and I hope you will address this with the team to ensure other customers do not have to go through the same frustration.

I want to give a big shout out to Josh & Michelle! They are awesome employees. They make my day everytime I go.
The only thing I find odd is that this store decided to install locks on their restroom doors after not having any for years and years. Otherwise my favorite McDonald's in SaMo.

Went to walk and get my food order 272 around 8pm order 2 bundle meals and the fries were old n dark messed up my order gave me 4 nuggets instead of 8 they were hard and old along with the Mc chicken beyond seems flustered and it was even a rush hour or the res wasnât full Jacob took the order was cool but other than than had to wait to get fries and chicken nuggets remade the chicken sandwich I trashed needs to do better on quality of food and making the sandwich was messy food was nasty oh and they need to change there grease itâs old as well

Just came to McDonald's, I was waiting at the register to be helped, when the young lady finally came to assiste she points at me, so I can start placing my order. I asked her if this is the way they trained her...to just point at the costomer instead of saying hello good morning how can I help you?! Unbelievable. This service gets 1 star.

I ordered a medium sized # 1 Big Mac combo and got a happy meal. I asked the cashier if I ordered medium size, cause I got everything small size. She kept closing the window on me every time I asked for something. Whatâs wrong with the customer service at all McDonaldâs restaurants?
