On August 4, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM, I visited your facility with my family, including my three children. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of one of your female staff members.

She spoke to us in an extremely unkind and unprofessional manner. When we asked for the restroom code, she provided the wrong number multiple times, which caused unnecessary confusion. More concerning, however, was the way she spoke to my children — her tone was rude and inappropriate. Her overall attitude and behavior appeared to be discriminatory and made us feel deeply uncomfortable.

We were shocked and saddened by what felt like racially biased treatment, and we believe this should be taken seriously. I am submitting this complaint in the hope that proper action will be taken to address this matter and to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this important issue.

Bad experience all together. Food was not fresh, and fries felt old and dry. It took forever to get thru the drive thru. Hamburgers were made very sloppy. And the box for my hamburger was all wet. It also smelled bad, like if it's going bad. Mcdonalds has gone way down in quality.

Okay I have a perfect example on why deportation is needed not the way that is being done but nevertheless needed. I misplaced my debit card McDonald's was the last place I used it so I called to see if someone turned it in no one understood what I was trying to say they just proceeded to hang up on me 3 times I asked if I could please speak with someone who spoke and understood English I just got hung up on unacceptable McDonald's one should be able to call an establishment in the United States of America and speak with someone who speaks English what is so wrong with that so now I'm left to drive all the way across town to find out if somebody turned in a debit card when it could have been answered over the phone

No one care about customers. When 2 cops came, they leave the meals for other customers for later and serve meals for these cops first.

Very dirty location. Trash was scattered all over the floor, and no one bothered to clean it up for over 30 minutes while we were there. The restroom was closed, and every table was dirty and left uncleared. On top of that, the fries smelled like old, stale oil. Extremely disappointing experience.

Unfortunately there was an incident, and because of that my order took ten minutes, due to the employees gossiping about what happen instead of doing their job when the manager was taking care of the situation that arise.

Don’t know why my review didn’t post the other night, but I came out at midnight to get a burger and had to go get a pizza because McDonald’s had a sticker on the door saying they were closed. I did check Google Maps before I came over you know. The whole reason why you have this profile so that you can update the hours. If you’re so incompetent you can’t even update the hours on Google like why should I trust you to make a decent burger ?

Why is this the same review? I wanna post another one Google used to allow you to post one every like month or so what’s happening?

Food was great, but bathroom was horrible. Also, the kiosks only let you take orders if you have the app. Selected to order without the app and it wouldnt let me. On all the kiosks. And then they take forever at the front counter. Can’t win.
