Unfortunately there was an incident, and because of that my order took ten minutes, due to the employees gossiping about what happen instead of doing their job when the manager was taking care of the situation that arise.

2 of the employees were very nasty. Extremely rude and very unprofessional they were arguing with me when I complain to the manager I was calm I was very Profesional they mistreated me a they acted like trash people OMG ..we are in santa monica not in getto area they have no respect towards costumers only those 2 employees and Asian guy and a Hispanic guy

Went here on July 30 at around late evening/early night.
Food was prompt and fresh. Clean dining room. Female cashier with glasses, perhaps manager was kind and professional. Soda was refreshing and bubbly.
