If you’re craving truly standout Vietnamese coffee, this spot delivers in a way that’s hard to forget. The brew has that bold, smooth character you hope for, and the creamy, lightly salted foam on top takes it to another level. Every sip feels balanced and full of flavor, and it definitely packs a kick—in the best way possible.
The baked treats here are just as impressive. The cookies have that perfect mix of chewiness and softness, and they taste even better warmed up. The chocolate and peanut butter one has quickly become a go-to treat.
And if you’re into drinks that lean a little sweet, the raspberry matcha is absolutely worth trying. It’s refreshing, vibrant, and somehow comforting at the same time.
Overall, this place consistently hits the mark—great drinks, great treats, and the kind of quality that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend.

Just got an Americano from Panderia and sampled their peanut butter chocolate cookie. Both taste amazing, but I'd come back for the super barista who didn't scoff at my questions about the coffee and was super sweet to me even though I looked like I crawled out from under a rock today. Thank you guys, sorry I didn't catch your name but you made my day better!
Everything I’ve tried here is 10/10. Love the ube coconut latte and ensaymada (with cheese, warmed!) are my favorites
I like the paderia. Especially walnut chocolate cookies. This tome tried triple chocolate.
If you’re ever in the mood for something sweet, this place, totally hits the spot. My favorite things are the Portuguese egg tarts and the salt chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is huge and can easily be shared. I’ve not tried their coffee yet, but my boyfriend loves their coffees.

This place may be small, but it doesn’t need to be anything more — it’s perfect just as it is: simple, and minimalistic. Every time I visit this city, I make it a point to stop by and treat myself to their perfectly baked ensaymadas, at least one egg tart, and one of their delicious iced matcha horchata.
It’s one of those quiet gems that delivers consistently excellent quality without trying too hard. A great place, through and through.

Coming from a Vietnamese person who makes her own Vietnamese coffee at home, they have THE best and authentic Vietnamese coffee here (cafe sửa đã). The added layer of foam on top has just the right little amount of salt and creaminess to it. Every sip is O.M.G. - and I’ve tried many Vietnamese coffee in the area! This type of coffee is pretty caffeinated, so be warned, but it’s very delicious, give it a try!
Also, their cookies are SO delicious! A bit chewy on the outside and doughy on the inside. They can heat it there for you, or take it home and pop it in the microwave in increments of 10sec. My fav is the chocolate with peanut butter. Love this place!
Ahh, one last thing, their raspberry matcha is very delicious!

Love their iced Vietnamese coffee it’s one of the best . You also have to try their cookies a bit on the pricey side but worth it . They do not accept cash, I go here about 3 times a week
I tried their cookies. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie was decadent but reminded me of the famous cookie at Bristol Farms. The toasted coconut almond joy was delicious. Def recommend that one.
This place is strictly takeout.
Great cookies, good drinks
My coffee was very underwhelming. My latte tasted mostly of milk :/
The barista was nice and there was no wait.
“Doughn’t Bother”
Paderia Bakery: where the cookies taste like they were baked by a committee that couldn’t agree whether to underbake or overbake, so they split the difference and gave us dry raw sugar pucks.
Imagine biting into something that feels like it’s still dough, but somehow chalky and dehydrated—like a desert mirage of a cookie. The sweetness? Less of a flavor and more of a hostile takeover. I could feel my dentist texting me preemptively.
The only saving grace? The milk. Cold, unproblematic, and refreshingly not made in-house. Five stars to the cow.
Final verdict: If you’re craving cookies, go literally anywhere else. If you’re thirsty, get the milk and run.
