Searching for a new spot around the promenade led me to this new place. I had high hopes because this is apparently graham eliot's (masterchef) restaurant and I have to say it disappointed every single one.I ordered the steak sandwich with chimichurri sauce. And everything was so dry it felt like I was trying to swallow concrete with every bite.Would not recommend to anybody.

Healthy eats in the SocialEats food hall. The concept is that the ingredients are fresh and gives a vibe that they were plucked from the farmers market. Being that Michelin Star chef Graham Elliot is associated with it, I had high expectations. I ordered the farmers market salad ($8) and added chicken (+$4) while my coworker got the beyond burger. The girl wouldn’t give us the Santa Monica worker discount because she said it’s only if you work on the promenade. Similar to the other restaurants in the hall, you pay first and then find a table while you wait for the buzzer to ring. There are some tables around the corner if you don’t want to sit at the counter. My salad was good but it’s size was incongruent with how filling it actually is. In other words, it looked like it would be filling but I still felt hungry and went back to the office and ate a half bagel (whoops). The salad itself was good although it was extremely light on the dressing so some of the vegetables were dry. I liked the corn kernels (found on the bottom) because they were sweet and popped with juiciness when you chewed them. The chicken was also good - it was shredded and moist, and had a sweetness which reminded me of a chicken salad you’d get at a picnic. However for $12 you could go to tender greens and get a more substantial salad, so there’s a trade off. There is free truffles popcorn if you check in on yelp. Overall it’s a convenient place for healthy eats, but I’d definitely add chicken (if you eat meat) to the farmers market salad and if you get the burger, know that it’s also on the smaller side and you might want to get a side to share so that you’re full. Otherwise this is good for a light meal.

Located in social eats food hall on the first floor at 3rd street promenade. The food took awhile to make. Ordered an avocado toast. The price was very reasonable with the amount it was served. The toast was thick and crunchy with tons of avocado on it. Tasted great too.

Graham Elliot (celebrity chef) has a new fast casual place in Social Eats downstairs. We like the burrata and watercress salad with peaches. Good deal at 9 bucks! Go upstairs and eat on the patio if you don't mind the loud music. Service isn't great -- there was literally no one at the counter on a busy Friday night -- had to flag someone from the next booth to help us! Graham --- you may have to hire some new people!

Okay, let's admit it: the "Happy Hour" at SocialEats is a bit of a gimmick, considering each little spot only has like 2-3 items on it. Still, it was a wonderful gimmick, because it brought me to Petit Harvest and their Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast. YUM. Ugh, that Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast might be my favorite lox and avocado toast dish EVER. Lox slices, mashed-up Sycamore Hill organic avocado, boiled eggs, tiny diced red onion, chervil -- and hold the capers for me, thanks. For $11, it seems pricey -- until you see the generous serving size. Tragically, this item seems to be seasonal. A few items are new to the online menu for me, and I don't see my beloved dish on their anymore. They source ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmer's Market, I believe, so I would be greatly interested in trying more seasonal items. Oh, and the Truffle Popcorn is ideal for sharing. I personally didn't taste enough truffle for my liking, but my boyfriend gobbled them up in minutes. What do I know?! If you are interested in Happy Hour and visiting Santa Monica or specifically Third Street Promenade, it's available weekdays from 3pm to 7pm. Petit Harvest is one of many yummy eateries at SocialEats.

We had lunch here today and service was pretty quick. We had the tri-tip sandwich and my husband proclaimed it to be boring. He opted too omit slaw which probably would have given the sandwich more flavor. The meat was sliced thin but was lacking flavor itself. There are quite few vegan options and perhaps these are better choices. Also the sandwich came on very thick bread which totally overpowered the meat.

If you love sweet potato fries and aioli...check this place out. so so soooo good! Must try. Lots of other cool food places in the same area!

With so many great food options surrounding this place, it wasn't easy to choose where to eat. But I am so glad we tried it. The tri tip sandwich was to die for!!! The quality of the meet was incredible and they don't short you on the quantity. Washed it down with a nice Icelandic white ale and was a very happy camper :)

Petit Harvest is part of the Social Eats expansion and comes by way of Graham Elliot. On the menu you'll find a variety of sandwiches (~$10-11) as well as salads and avocado toast. I had the tri-tip and tuna banh mi. Both were decent as proteins were well cooked/pretty fresh and were accompanied by flavorful fixins, though the bread was average. On the whole, the value play is not as good as going down the street to Mendocino but also not as upscale as Heroic Deli so it straddles the in-between.

Was craving a sandwich in the area and decided to check out Petit Harvest. Knowing the the Gallery on the promenade has some new grub spots I wandered there as opposed to more popular locations that were probably way too busy for lunch time. Well, not sure if they were too overwhelmed with the customers they had at the time but just being honest, wasn't feeling the vibe from the workers there. Still ordered some food anyways cuz I wanted to at least give the food a shot. Ordered their try-tip sandwich and got some parmesan popcorn. The tri-tip was solid. I just kinda wish the bread wasn't crazy oily. I get that's part of the sandwich, just didn't expect it to douse and drip from my fingers. That parmesan popcorn though. That stuff is bomb haha! Overall, it's a bit pricey for what you get. It's satisfying and I didn't feel crazy heavy after eating so that's a plus. But I wouldn't bend over backwards to go try out this spot on the Promenade.

This place is great! So many healthy options I tried the ahi tuna Banh mi, it was such a good take on it, they had a wasabi mayo on it that i just loved! I also had their truffle popcorn..YUM perfect to take to-go as a snack and enjoy while I finished my shopping. Can't wait to come back for more!

Graham Elliott's newest restaurant - the Top Chef judge. His Chicago bistro has two Michelin stars! Burrata and Watercress Salad is soooooo delicious! Just wish they would remove more stems from the watercress, or use smaller pieces - tricky to eat without a mess! Part of the recently renovated downstairs section of Social Eats on the Third Street Promenade. Great service.

Great lunch option for something clean and delicious. I'm certainly not a vegan but tried a bite of the beyond burger which was great too.

I'm so happy I bumped into this adorable new spot on the Third Street Promemade! They have more than a dozen vegetarian and vegan light bites, so it's the perfect place to eat before a show at Westside Comedy next door (that's how I wandered in).
