Pontu is truly exceptional. Everything was perfect. Maybe a juicy flavorful chicken doesn’t surprise you but the veggies, an art form. All sauces optimally balance salt and umami. fresh, gorgeous. coming back immediately
We grieved when OP Cafe closed, but I am here to tell you a lovely new place has been born : Pontu. Pontu serves Peruvian, spanning chicken, veggies, fantastic fries, and yes - quinoa. We ordered a half chicken with market veggies and fries, with a passion fruit drink. Food was fantastic, and the patio was welcoming.

Pontu is my new favorite place to eat in Los Angeles. The ingredients are fresh and the food tastes like it was made with a lot of passion. Such an amazing spot for a quick bite and I’m excited to see what they continue to do!
