The food was not good and priced too high for what it is. The service was very good and they let us bring our dog for outdoor

Rae's is a blast from the past, an original 1950's tiny diner! Perfect for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants such as Mel's Diner. Presentation of food is not important here. They bring out the food fast! This is not a fancy diner, but rather a simple cozy local breakfast diner that has not changed much since the 1950s in decor.I had the Rae's Special Omelette which is chunks of chicken, onions zucchini and cheese. The omelette was a bit hard, not soft and fluffy, but it was tasty with the breakfast potatoes and toast. This was under $12.My friend ordered the 2 eggs, 2 sausage and biscuit. The gravy was an extra .69 cents. She enjoyed her meal.On Sunday around 10:30am, the wait for two was not bad at all. Service was good, service with a smile, even though they were short staffed. They all worked very hard.Restrooms are located from the outside patio. You will need to ask the staff for the code to unlock them.Park on the side streets. Read the parking signs carefully to avoid any parking tickets.

I can't get enough of this restaurant! Such amazing breakfasts (their sausage and biscuits are to die for) and everything is so affordable. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. It's got a quintessential diner vibe, and there's even outside seating which is great during a pandemic.

Efficient, good food, nice people. Feels like you're in an old school diner, especially when sitting at the counter, which I recommend. It was actually in the movie Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, haha. I had the Spanish omelette and while I didn't love the bell pepper/onion/tomato sauce on top, the omelette itself was good. The potatoes and fluffy bready biscuit with some butter on top were great accompaniments.
Everything about Rae's is perfect. A classic diner with great people and perfect pancakes.

The place was dirty, seats were falling apart, they couldn't get my order correct!, limited menu!
