Love them. Nachos were exactly what I wanted. Tacos value to taste is a Yes. I love all their hot sauces. And the spicy Jalepeno onion radish mix. I'm sure there's a name for this, but whatever. Very quick too!

Ruben's is a solid, reliable taco truck in this area. Whether it's past midnight or it's pouring rain or incredibly windy, I can always rely on Ruben's being there. I think where Ruben's really shines are the non-standard menu items that you wouldn't normally find at a taco stand. For example, I often get their California Burrito because everything is made fresh-to-order, so it's great to have some incredibly crispy fries with every bite. I've also started getting their Wet Burrito too--that thing is massive and comes with a nice heaping of enchilada sauce. Both burritos come with chips and salsa too, which is a nice touch. Lastly, their Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos definitely deserve some recognition. I think they are some of the best you can get in LA for the price, and they come with very generous portions. The staff have always been very nice there, and they have some folding tables and chairs setup but it's mostly a take-out crowd at Ruben's. Go check out Ruben's!

We recently planned a fundraising event to raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse for young adults & youth. All of our guests were so impressed with the professional experience Ruben provided.Thank you for helping make our event a success!
First time I experienced love was with this food. Truly amazing, impeccable, inspirational. So good my mom approved. I wish I could go back in time and try these tacos all over again. A once in a lifetime experience that has made my day so much better. I have decided I am going to leave my boyfriend of 5 years in search of these tacos that have filled the void in my soul that has been empty for so long. If you are in california, i truly do recommend.

The female and male staff members majorly lacked both in professionalism and INTEGRITY. They cheated and disrespected a homeless US Army disabled veteran. I gave the female staff member specific instructions that I did not want my burrito to contain any hot spices, even went as far as to make the request in both the English & Spanish language. I received the order, walked to my van, sat down and took the first bite into said burrito and it was beginning to get spicy, I took two additional bites and felt the hot spices getting stronger. I returned to the catering truck and confronted the female server who denied I had requested "NO SPICE". A male attendant, who was totally unprofessional and disrespectful attempted to intimidate me, both verbally and physically, stating that he would not refund nor replace said burrito because I took three small bites. He exited the catering truck and even attempted to start an altercation with me. I warned him in the Spanish language that if he dared to assault me, I would immediately have him arrested. I was so upset and angry at said male and female attendant, but opted to walk away from these unprofessional food service servers without a replaced burrito nor a refund. I gave a one star because this was the only manner I can voice my dissatisfaction, but they really deserved ZERO stars!!!! I advise all my fellow comrades and civilians to avoid this catering truck!!!
