Ruben's is a solid, reliable taco truck in this area. Whether it's past midnight or it's pouring rain or incredibly windy, I can always rely on Ruben's being there. I think where Ruben's really shines are the non-standard menu items that you wouldn't normally find at a taco stand. For example, I often get their California Burrito because everything is made fresh-to-order, so it's great to have some incredibly crispy fries with every bite. Ruben's Taco Truck is amazing. Their food is delicious and the entire team is friendly & helpful. We recently planned a fundraising event to raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse for young adults & youth. Love them. Nachos were exactly what I wanted. Tacos value to taste is a Yes. I love all their hot sauces. And the spicy Jalepeno onion radish mix. I'm sure there's a name for this, but whatever. Very quick too!
