Drinks are good, crowd is a little young/fratty and music is not always great. Very loud for a small bar. The smoking room is great, and the photo booth in there is cute. They have a new bouncer who started a couple of months ago who is super kind and funny. Overall, a decent place to go if the line outside isn't too long and you're not in the mood to dress up for a big night out. It's definitely more casual, so I don't understand why the music plays like a club.
Visited this bar last night for an event and I must say I had a great time. I didn't experience what the other reviews are mentioning. Maybe because it was an event and not a regular night. Either way I can't relate. The bartenders were very friendly and provided everything we needed. They came around to check if we needed more drinks also. Nice Bar/lounge in Santa Monica. We attended a birthday party here and the place was jumping on a Saturday night. The venue has about six booths and a large bar area. Drinks were great and bartenders were attentive. Parking is valet, but you might be able to find parking near by, but get ready to walk. They have a DJ playing tunes and a small dance floor. Come check this place out to have a drink or two.
