Glad to have tried this place! I had the chocolate brownie Sunday with vanilla, strawberry, and nutty pistachio. Service was quick and easy, and the serving was great! Exactly what I expected, except for the brownie being very hard. Mabey that's how it's supposed to be? Either way we were expecting it to be a soft brownie. Next time I'll try a different option and I might go back up to a 5 star experience ?

Nothing particularly stands out about the ice cream here. It's perfectly serviceable but there are no interesting or imaginative flavors - it's essentially a Baskin Robbins. My friend was not impressed by his milk shake. The store itself feels sort of crowded and has a strange, toy store-like vibe. But if you need ice cream, you're in the area, and other places nearby are closed, it will do

They have a million flavors so whatever you're preference, chances are they'll have it. Some flavors seem redundant though, like mint chocolate chip and then mint with chocolate cookie? I got one of the mints and it was pretty good, as was the cookies and cream. I forget the actual names though because they use punny names ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Their ice cream is about the same as Ben and Jerry's in terms of quality so not bad but obv nothing special.Their waffle cones are almost always stale.$7 for the smallest size but it's two scoops which is honestly too much. I wanted just one scoop and they said they'd still charge me $7, which I understand but ultimately dislike cuz y u tryna make me fat!Cookies and all other sweets are decent. Overall this place really is a three star joint. Nice ice cream with multiple flavors but that's about it

This place is adorable!! Besides having an ice cream selection that's on point, they also sell candy and other fun toys for kids or maybe grown adults too if you're into that sort of thing. The ice cream was pretty dang good! Can't say I'll be back considering I was in Santa Monica randomly, and don't eat ice cream very often, but hey, this place wasn't bad at all. :)

Great stop for sweets. They have cookies, candy apples, ice cream, candy and even a little gift shop! I had birthday cake and chocolate chip cookies and dough. Soooo delicious!

This place is a kids paradise. Its all decked out in pink and theres candy and sugar everywhere. They are mainly known for their ice creams which I sampled and they were not bad. The best thing here are their cookies though - freshly made, super gooey and warm.

Amazing once cream. My girlfriend got the cookie dough and chocolate with m&ms. It's literally the best ice cream we have ever had. Even our dog loved it!!

The ice cream itself is really delicious and there's a diverse array of flavors. I ordered the pecan praline and the chunky peanut butter ice cream which was very sweet, indulgent and satisfying! The prices were relatively high for the amount of ice cream that we received and in our case the ice cream started melting as soon as we paid for our order (it was 9pm on a cold evening). This could have been attributed to the fact that the freezers holding the ice cream were left open so the ice cream couldn't maintain its solidity for very long. The safety protocols and rude service have deterred me from returning, however. There was only one worker who was serving all his customers with his mask only covering his bottom lip. In a time when there is a global pandemic that has only gotten worse in LA, this is completely unacceptable. He also had one earphone in as he was serving and he wasn't really paying attention. It took him 30 seconds to realize that he hadn't accepted my card payment. When asked what was the difference between pecan praline and butter pecan, he responded by saying, "praline is a different type of nut" (which is entirely false). After he had served us he closed down the store even though he had told us that they didn't close for another 2 hours. He had just decided to take his lunch break as the only one working. I felt bad that he was the only one working, but his attitude was unacceptable. I enjoyed the product, but am concerned by the lack of safety precautions and the apathetic customer service.

This is a great because of its amazing ability to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. For example; Double dark fudge chocolate brownie, then my personal favorite Applepie ice cream and espresso chocolate ice cream, and a waffle at the bottom. Their menu is there to inspire you to create your very own kind of treat.
