The cashier was rude. I understand that Starbucks changed its restroom policy. He could have said the restroom was for customers only, but the Cashier said you must buy something if you want to use it. No more Starbucks for me, for sure. Pete's coffee tastes much better than Starbucks.

Let's face it Starbucks is mediocre coffee at best. They thrive on people that are pretentious and think they know a good cup of coffee when they taste it when in fact it's just the consistency of the mediocrity which is their real selling point. They generally have some pretty good options other than coffee including their bake shop items etc. This review however is not about the products at this location it's about the rude behavior of their employees. There's just a simple lack of humanity here. Just a lack of simple caring for the next human. All I can wish for you at this location is instant karma.

I was so happy to find this Starbucks. I was at a different Starbucks up the street but when I got there they just locked the door to close at 7:30pm on a Sunday. I wanted a frappachino and was heartbroken. But things turned around when I found this Starbucks was only a 7 minute walk away and opened until 8pm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the warm friendly employees working. Both employees were fast and very helpful. I felt welcomed the whole time I was there, even though they were going to be closing soon. I never felt rushed. I got the drink I really wanted and was finally at peace.

The people were all so sweet and kind. The service was amazing and they left such a cute note on my cup. Whoever is in charge of management here deserves a raise. You guys play such an important role in people’s mornings and definitely made mine better!
Fantastic early morning 5:30am experience. Barista was A+, young guy with long black hair. Didn’t catch his name but kudos. Place was spotless clean, and everyone was friendly even for an early morning. Also they got my coffee order right first time and easy. Grande Blonde Roast, in a venti cup, with cold foamed heavy cream poured on top. Also the new Santa Monica lids are different.

Is there a reason all the starbucks in Santa Monica try to block people from laptopping there with a coffee? They remove seats and cover power outlets at every starbucks

I ordered a matcha latte and found the powder in undissolved clumps and when I asked to fix it he refused and said the worker can't fix it and doesn't know how but this happened always only at Santa Monica Blvd with 26th

Came on Monday at 5PM and all 3 baristas were mentally clocked out. They were freshly brewing my tea, didn’t let me know until I went to get the food which they didn’t call out on the counter. I asked them again and they still didn’t tell me how long the tea would take the guy just said “you don’t want to wait?” I was the only one there and 3 people that came later all got their drinks before me. All 3 baristas acted like even looking at me was a chore after I broke their intense convo. If one of them had told me how long I would wait I would be more patient, but I was just left hanging like an idiot.
