After not stopping by Asakuma for years, I finally gave it a try again and was pleasantly reminded why people come back. The meal was satisfying and the prices felt very reasonable, which made the whole visit feel easy and worthwhile. It’s the kind of place I’d happily return to when I want something simple and reliable.

This place is my togo place for poke bowl, although they have other stuff too like sushi and teriyaki. Located at Santa Monica blvd and Granville Ave. This place has no table service, I usually order at screen and sit or bring togo. Food is amazing and the inside is also clean too.
