The coffee and muffin was typical of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, no issues there. The service was friendly and I got my beverage and pastry without waiting more than 5 minutes. I guess with all of the homeless people, I was unable to use the restroom and their patio had a guy yelling at the musician who was performing on the promenade, WTH? Another enjoyable visit to the Third Street Promenade.
Got the cookie and cream ice blend and the iced cookie butter latte. Perfect sweetness. Donna was a great help and had a great attitude.
