Horrible place to live. This place has changed. For the worst. Luckily I left but unfortunately my relative still lives there. Bad people on the Board. Too many egos. Management changed without consulting homeowners. Previous management company was much better with replies 24/7 and even on weekends. Don't buy here. Went downhill. The last Board gives jobs to their lawyer buddies and wives. Construction defects were settled with no disclosure of amount to owners. Management company was changed without consulting us. The new management co. leaves a lot to be desired as they kept the under-performing front desk folks but got rid of some of the best staff and the only people who actually communicated timely to me such as the maintenance crews and manager which makes no sense.

DO NOT BUY. You'll be happy you read this. Glad I moved out before the pandemic but I do have friends who are stuck. If you don't want to deal with Karens running the HOA Board behind the scenes and nitpicking non-essential issues stay clear.
