Horrible place to live. This place has changed. For the worst. Luckily I left but unfortunately my relative still lives there. Bad people on the Board. Too many egos. Management changed without consulting homeowners. Previous management company was much better with replies 24/7 and even on weekends. Now we can't even get proper maintenance items performed on weekends, and sometimes not at all. Faulty windows that were supposed to be fixed starting months ago. No end in sight.

Don't buy here. Went downhill. The last Board gives jobs to their lawyer buddies and wives. Construction defects were settled with no disclosure of amount to owners. Management company was changed without consulting us. The new management co. leaves a lot to be desired as they kept the under-performing front desk folks but got rid of some of the best staff and the only people who actually communicated timely to me such as the maintenance crews and manager which makes no sense.

DO NOT BUY. You'll be happy you read this. Glad I moved out before the pandemic but I do have friends who are stuck. If you don't want to deal with Karens running the HOA Board behind the scenes and nitpicking non-essential issues stay clear. A few examples - emergency letters due to "hazard" of lobby cart left in a hall, and dozens of odd letters like it, the HOA president awards expensive contracts to his buddies at the expense of all the owners, not to mention his wife who wears the pants in the relationship controls agendas in the shadows. She even got them to change management companies without even having an open meeting about it, just because she had an issue with one person, who we liked. The Board even settled a defect issue behind closed doors and has still not even let owners know the amounts even though it was known half a year ago, also there there is a secret off the books account for the settlement, which we all know is not legal. The Board was the worst combination that you can have - not knowing how to run a property while having huge egos. That's just the tip of the iceberg. If that wasn't bad enough, the building has defects and is next to a homeless meeting ground in the park. STAY CLEAR. Thank me later.
