i've been going there for a long time for lox and bagel and it was perfect..but today the bagel is not fresh and taste weird..even the texture is different.worst bagel i've ever had..

it was my first time here with my husband and friend from out of town and it was the best experience hands down. service was awesome and the two ladies at the front were lovely, then our food…… the best avocado ‘toast’ i’ve ever had. it was called the elaine and i added cream cheese to it 10/10.

Poor customer service and mediocre/over priced dry ass bagels. The lady who helped was unfazed by customer's entering business. No kind of enthusiasm, smile, welcoming or anything that would represent customer service. She was short, African American, resembles an under paid inner city school distric cafeteria server with a short pony tail that screams sulf8 hair care. The food was average but we've had better.

The pastrami here is thick cut, which I believe is a flex because of how tender it is! Pastrami is typically cut super thin to make it easy to chew, but Wexler's pastrami melts in your mouth!Wexler also cure their own fish, and it is absolutely delicious! Unless you absolutely must take away, I highly recommend eating at the restaurant while the food is fresh out of the kitchen. Makes a huge difference!

Did someone say Bagels & Lox? I went to Wexler's at Grand Central Market in Downtown LA. Too hot & humid there. Got in the AIR CONDITIONED train to Santa Monica to eat at their AIR CONDITIONED restaurant. There is also a Wexler's at Aria in Las Vegas. Great smoked salmon, they smoke it themselves, a better than Las Vegas bagel, good potato salad. They're testing a new, for them, pickle, but tasted like a Gherkin. Never liked those.I told them the test was over, go back to regular half or sour! I approve.
