The bibimbap was fresh and it big plate, but I was so hungry, I ate the whole plate. I like the they put in a stone bowl because I like the crispy rice. It perfectly balanced with litte bit of everything, plus the sauce they give you. The vegetables were softed, you have three different choices of meat you can get (chicken, beef, or spicy pork).
