We were looking for a hole in the wall deli and came across Lizzini'a Market. It looks like it's family owned didn't take a picture but they had an aisle of a bunch of authentic looking Italian ingredients the meat was really good the quality of the food was there tasted amazing staff is super friendly. They seem to barbecue their meat fresh daily. The candies in the sandwich were a really nice surprise cute touch and they were overly sweet they were delicious.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. First and foremost, the sandwiches at this deli are outstanding. I've been here many times over the years and it's usually been great. Today's tri-tip sandwich was less than great. It's advertised as a hot sandwich, but it wasn't hot at all. The meat was a very tough too. The kind where you take a bite and it pulls out the whole piece from the sandwich and you have to really chew on it. For the first time ever here, I threw out this $12 sandwich. So I don't recommend the tri-tip anymore. Hopefully the other sandwiches haven't changed because...read full review
