I generally go to Pizza Hut because I have a craving for their mediocre pizza on an otherwise delicious pan crust. My order today, 5/9/2020, I ordered a large supreme Pan Pizza, but was called saying they didn't have large pan dough ready. Fine medium it is and the store was nice enough to carry over the online deal to the medium pizza from the large. Placed an order on line for 5pm. 20 min later I received a call from some guy saying that they will not be open until 6 so if I want to call back and place the order then I could. I asked about a refund since we did not want to wait until that late to order. He had no clue and said he wasnt told that we had paid already and would have to talk to the manager when he comes back???? What the heck???? This establishment is a joke. I worked here from May 2020 until it's closing in August 2020. I was constantly uncomfortable with no ac and 450 degree ovens on the entire shift. The fact that I didn't get proper training once starting the job was awful as well.
