“Had been several months since I got Taco Bell. It really hit the spot! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Beef and chicken were surprisingly tasty. Staff was kind and service was quick enough. Chalupa shell tasted freshly fried, portions were good.“
“You have the option of ordering digitally even if it is paid in cash and that is great because it gives you time to analyze your order well without the pressure of being in front of the counter. There is staff who speaks Spanish and the service is super fast... it took us longer to decide the order than to leave with our tacos!!! Super recommended!“
“Rude rude rude..... Has no idea how to handle a situation with an angry customer. They messed up the order I went back after finding out I was missing just my food I called them from my job. They told me com'n in we will get that fer ya. Got there and the heavy set jerk fanned me away as he continued to assume he knew wat was wat rude rude rude!!“
“For fast food, it's reasonably good. We usually just get quesadillas or soft tacos, so it's never greasy. Staff is friendly and very accommodating when asking for changes. I've never had issues with my order here, never any missing or incorrect items, always napkins in the bag, etc.“
“This is the first time in my life, that I’ve been to a Taco Bell where the food that was given to me, looks exactly like the food in the pictures. I ordered an $8 box and everything was perfection and it tasted just like it looked. My friends ordered different meals and all was perfection!
The restaurant was super clean and so was the restroom.
This definitely makes me wanna drive for over an hour from San Francisco just to eat here.
One more thing… the staff…. WOW!! Super friendly, super helpful and overall the whole vibe was truly a gift. Thank you Santa Rosa Taco Bell, you guys are the best!!“
