Recently I visited Anchors Fish and Chips and Seafood Grill, Saratoga on Big Basin Way. I went with my friend after the Saratoga Memorial Day Services, May 25th. We enjoyed lunch. I ordered the Fish and Chips Mix Plate, it was really exceptional. My friend ordered the Calamari Steak with fresh vegetables, he said it was excellent. By the time, we left, the restaurant was packed. Everyone came to eat here after the Memorial Day Services. They offer a wonderful Happy Hour on drinks...

Love their halibut fish and chips - well worth the extra $$
Until the last visit I would have given 5/5 but they just started serving wine in plastic glasses 😬. We are in a restaurant, not sitting by a pool!!!
A “tacky” move. Hope they get glasses back otherwise I will not be going so regularly.

Good fish and chips! There were two big pieces of Cod and nice chips! Clam chowder was a bit salty for me, but acceptable. Since we went after lunch time, it was not busy. Space between table was good. The staff were friendly and energetic. We like this Anchor in Saratoga😊
