A hidden gem in beautiful Saratoga. Authentic high quality Peruvian food. They have a new chef, Chef Jenaro. The ceviche sampler and tiradito are so fresh and delicious. The Cordero was so full of flavor. We also had Pisco sour. Great costumer servide. We'll be going back to try more items from their menu. Highly recommend.

This is the best Peruvian food I have ever tasted in the Bay Area! I would have to say it is also the best food in general I have tasted from a restaurant. The ambiance is amazing as well as the customer service. Chef Jenaro González cooks with perfection. His talent is like no other. If you're looking to try DELICIOUS Peruvian food, look no further because this place is hands down THE BEST. And I have tried many around the Bay Area. The lomo saltado (beef) melts in your mouth. I didn't picture that dish below because I couldn't wait to eat it. However all the other dishes I have listed below were AMAZING as well. Every ingredient is very flavorful. You won't regret dining here. It is truly an experience. BONUS POINTS for being in the heart of Saratoga with beautiful shops to walk around after your meal.

After a long day at work, I had a meeting in Saratoga, and my wife suggested we stop for a drink afterwards. With the stormy weather outside. We ended up at Pisco bar. The bartender was friendly and had mentioned they were out of ice and that one of the employees is picking it up. Despite this, we decided to wait a bit . Wanting to try some pisco sours, we opted for the flight to taste different flavors, only to find out that some were unavailable. Not too hungry, we ordered the ceviche borracho, but were surprised when it arrived without chips, as the server explained they had run out. While the place has potential, a more consistent stock of ingredients could enhance the overall experience. The depletion of essential items right before the weekend was a bit unexpected.

Went there on 1/12/24 at prime time 1730 because my wife wanted to go there to celebrate her birthday. We should have known when we walked into an empty restaurant and bar that this experience was going to be horrible. The appetizers and the entrees for myself, my wife, and my daughter were approaching being inedible.Even though the place was empty, the service was almost non existent.I had to go to the bar (which was empty) to pay the $150 bill. I did not want to complain and make a scene since it was my wife's birthday.Response from establishment after I contacted them. We will strive to do better. They cited that only 2 servers were working that shift. The place was empty!!!

Nice open ambience with huge windows and murals. We split the seafood paella and were pleasantly surprised. Extremely flavorful rice colored black with squid ink and chock full of seafood, sausage, chicken and mussels. Portion for $28 fed two adults with leftovers. The side plantains were good too.

Pisco bar is AWESOME! We had the Peruvian Paella, and I couldn't stop eating until I finished the last grain of Rice. This was really good, and one of the best Paella's I have ever had. Service is really good, and the servers were really kind. Thank you! I'll definitely come back.

The ceviche, empanadas, and paella were excellent, and my husband enjoyed the pisco sour very much. The rock en español was a nice touch too!
