Highly recommended! This place is great!
The food was sooooo good. We had the ceviche mixto (medium spicy), papa rellena, and the pescado a lo macha to eat. Plus a classic pisco sour and black and basil cocktails. Everything was just excellent: the flavors, spice level, and cook.
The atmosphere was alright. Clean some of the decor looks like it is is process. It seemed quite for a Sunday. With food that good, it should be packed!

Risotto was amazing
Pisco Bar offers authentic Peruvian food and attentive service. The pollo saltado, seco de res, and Causa Mixta are must-try dishes. The ceviche, lomo saltado, and passion fruit pisco sour are also highly recommended. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs and has ample parking. The atmosphere features cool jazz arrangements of pop music, creating a nice vibe. Guests can enjoy dishes seasoned to perfection, such as the fried seafood and the mashed potatoes with octopus. The passion fruit pisco sour and other Piscos are excellent choices. Overall, Pisco Bar is a great place for those craving flavorful and genuine Peruvian cuisine.
