“I have searched this town for the perfect wood fire style margherita pizza. I ordered the Napoletana and it is AMAZING. We also got a pepperoni and it's delicious too! Vincenzos is too much crust and too greasy in the middle. Toppers is way too expensive and our order was never accurate. The Road is close by, the food is delicious and they have great prices. Win win win.“

“This restaurant lives up to its name. The number one place that my kids are talking about over 4 years after moving away from California is Numero Uno! Your pizza literally makes my mouth water all the way on the East Coast....

Thick crust, amazing flavors, I don't even know how to describe the way that the dough is. It is just incredible! The sauce is perfect! I grew up LOVING Hawaiian pizza and you guys just make it RIGHT! They also have these amazing bread balls that soak in hot oil. Wow. They are boasting with flavor!

My son compares all salads to their dinner salads. They use pickled onions and they're just special! We *might* have found one close out here in North Carolina, but I'm not so sure... Their ranch is amazing, too! Their service is really great, If I'm remembering correctly, the owner is Daniel. He is super kind.

I found some pictures from over the years, since we moved away in 2020... One is from 2014, and one is 2019. When we go back home, we definitely visit this place 🤤😍

“We visited The Bella Pizza Trattoria Italiana last night and had such a great experience! The whole place has a warm, cozy, family-style vibe that makes you feel right at home.

The food was fantastic, the pizza had a perfect thin, crispy crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. The pastas were just as amazing, rich and comforting, like real home-style Italian cooking.

What really made the night extra special was the service. The chef came out to check on how we liked the food (which we loved!), and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about what they do.

“Food is always good, has been for 20+ years. Love this place since i was a youngin! Pizza is delicious, salads are great too, I always order them "chopped" for a better consistency. Service was stellar. Beer was cold, soda bubbly. One of my fav pizza places in Castaic! Dont forget they have amazing ice cream for dessert too!

Vegetarian options: Salads obviously, the pizza options are endless.

Parking: The blue parking spots have changed but there's ppenty of easy walking spots.

Kid-friendliness: There's no playground, but kids are usually not uncomfortable during the visit.

“Pizza here is great. I believe I got the Pepperoni Express (not sure if that was the name) and a side salad. The pizza had 2 different types of pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños. Everything tasted good. When you go to the salad bar, make sure u get the maple salad dressing.“

I added Parmesan and red chili flakes to add a little flare.The spinach, chicken, and artichoke pizza was excellent. The crust had fluff with the perfect density. The cheese had an ideal amount. The toppings were generous and the 3 toppings were a great combination. It was light on sauce, which I prefer. It was a great deal and worth every penny. I also LOVED that they had Strawberry Crush. “We are able to get the best gluten free pizza at Vincenzo’s! The dough is soft and chewy in the middle with a crispy crust edge. The sauce tastes homemade with the just the right spices. We also ordered their large pizzas for a pool party recently and the delivery was five minutes early (yay!!) and everyone loved it!“

The service here is consistently incredible. I start conversations with the people working here while they make my pizza, and they are very nice while also doing their jobs. “I finished my Walmart shopping and couldn’t resist a $13 large 3 topping pizza. I have had dominos before and it’s mid I drove 18 minutes home and ate it with my son. Initially he said no thanks. Because we aren’t wild about dominos but we both had it and it was amazing. Even after a long cold night 18 minute drive to canyon country. It was fairly quick too.“

He said 10pm. I looked at my phone and it was 9:45. I said to the chef "Looks like you guys are closing soon? It's ok thanks. We don't want to keep you working late" the chef said "no, no, no. Welcome to Z Pizza. What can I make for you and your family? Our menu is right over here". I felt bad but we ordered and the chef was phenomenal. I asked his name and he said "Fernando". He was very knowledgeable of the menu, patient towards our decisions and very hospitable. At this point, I didn't mind waiting because the place was so clean inside.
