You know this place is authentic when you see all the Chinese people eating here for Chinese New Year’s! The owners are so sweet and the food is authentic. I wanted fish for the holiday and she made sure we got the right kind for good luck. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made such delicious food. I really felt like I was back at home at this restaurant. The owner spoke both Cantonese and Mandarin too, which was so lovely. It’s hard to find an authentic Chinese atmosphere like this on the peninsula. Good vibes. Highly recommend.

Wonderful mom n pop old school Chinese restaurant. Came for early dinner before 6PM on a weekday and it was still quite busy. Seating is limited, since the restaurant is quite small. Service was excellent and food was tasty. Ordered the sizzling rice soup, lemon chicken, beef with green beans, honey walnut prawns, house special fried rice, & mushu pork. We would come again.

This food is incredible. I have had a variety of dishes and have not been disappointed. The staff are so lovely. I often order takeout because it is a hole in the wall, but I suspect I'm missing out on some fun banter with the owner.
I have ordered catering from here as well. It was ready on time, warm, and delicious!

Our party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids) decided to try Jim’s for dinner tonight due to the excellent reviews, and we were all blown away with how delicious it was. We appreciated that the kind waiter was quickly willing to accommodate our large party by putting together 3 tables so we could fit comfortably. They were quick with providing our ordered beverages (the boba teas were delicious!) and the food came out promptly as well. Our group was particularly impressed with their sizzling rice soup, wontons, Shanghai pork dumplings, and Mongolian beef! We would highly recommend this restaurant for delicious food and excellent customer service if you are in the area and looking for delicious hot Chinese food!

Great little hole in the wall Chinese food place. Quick service, great food, a mix of Chinese-american and for authentic Chinese dishes. I had the roast duck wonton soup and it was excellent. 👌 They even gave me a free appetizer (Crab Rangoon).
