My friend ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and she says it was good, but it took foreverrr 😩. However, the woman with the orange ponytail was pumping out orders faster than any of the people working at the time; very impressive.
I ordered online 2 times spinach feta wrap when i went for pickup they told me they don't have it and replaced with other vegetarian sandwich. Second time i ordered susage egg and cheddar sandwich with no meat again when i went to pickup they told me they don't have and asked for replacement or refund i requested refund my money . There should be an option to inform online buyer that they are out of stock because usually people who can't wait due to work scheduals and other things...read full review

They don't pick up the phone when calling in.
some of the baristas are untrained and don't know what's on their menu. They'll tell you to your face that they don't serve certain drinks or that they don't know what you're talking about. Luckily in my case there was a manager to help, but I don't imagine that other patrons tend to be as fortunate.
