Everything was perfect! The new addition to the menu—spinach mushroom pasta—is excellent. Our server was the best ever in every respect. All together a delightful & delicious lunch, far exceeding a recent previous experience.

I hate to give a local restaurant a bad review but the last two times I was at Blue Ridge once for lunch and once for dinner I was extremely disappointed. For starters the music was incredibly loud and heavy metal which did not go with a relaxing eating experience. When I politely asked if they could turn the music down since I couldn't hear myself think I got an eye roll. That made me want to leave right then and there. The second time was the exactly the same with loud music and an eye roll from a different waiter. The service was not particularly gracious and the food was good though extremely expensive. I understand that the chef has now taken over as the owner and things definitely feel different than they used to. The music seems more for people in the kitchen rather than the people eating. For a meal that's easily $50 plus the service does not live up to the food.

Amazing food every time. It was nice to see an additional Easter brunch menu when we arrived. Service was prompt and thorough. Music was very loud right over our table of eight, making it very difficult to talk to each other. But overall, one of our favorite Sebastopol restaurants and we are lucky to have them.

The food was absolutely delicious. My friend and I shared the wedge salad, the cod sandwich and the ziti. Generous portions, yummy flavors and textures. Great service. Comfortable seats, lighting and noise level.

Pleasant brunch location in trendy 'The Barlow' area. Full of light with different seating areas. The smoked bacon Benedict was perfectly cooked on a slice of sourdough and very tasty, if a little under seasoned. The shrimp Louie was a bit disappointing, the fresh salad greens turned out to be sliced iceberg, and the dressing was a little watery, but tasted good enough. Service was pleasant and not rushed. Would go back if in the area

Last night our party of three, including my 83 year old father, enjoyed a delicious evening at Blue Ridge. I asked for the wedge salad without bacon- it was so fresh and tasty I couldn't have picked a better salad for a main course. My dad picked the Monday prime rib special and our guest picked the pork loin. 5 stars from everyone. We shared the crème brûlée dessert- so good! Each of the dishes was satisfying, delicious, and special. Highly recommend.

First time dining experience. Thought I’d love it but was disappointed in food taste. Ordered off specials menu. Tried bbq chicken sandwich which came with a macaroni salad and a burger with fries. My chicken had a bit of fat or some slimy parts and hoped it may have been a bit pounded and trimmed to be more even in thickness for ease of eating. Turned into a bit of challenge to eat and messy with ingredients sliding around and out of bun when eating. Bbq sauce wasn’t a great flavor for me. The macaroni salad was really nice looking and had a good flavor but the texture of the pasta was odd. I let other person try it and agreed it was too thick and chewy so I couldn’t eat it. The waitress didn’t even notice. Thankfully there were enough fries with burger and I was able to eat some of those. Buns were more delicate and light, would have enjoyed a bun that held the ingredients together while eating but know each restaurant wants to be unique. Buns were a bit too toasty as you can see from pictures. Heard chef wasn’t there at time of visit.

Was once a favorite place to go. Unfortunatley, quality has gone done over the last year. This time we did have good service, very friendly too. However, the accoustics inside along with the music made it difficult to have conversation without raising voices. The food was just ok, had the cajun shrimp pasta which I have had in the past, this time the sauce was too think and flavor wasnt the same. My husband had the Cioppino which consisted of mostly sauce, shells and very little fish. Friend had the pork chop and he said it was just ok. For dessert we had creme brulee (good), tiramisu (bland and tiny) & 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (tiny scoops). Clearly people are noticing the change, on a Saturday night there were many open tables at a restaurant that used to be packed. Sadly we will not be going back anytime soon.

It was the best evening for me and Barbara to celebrate our birthdays. Me. A was wonderful. We loved the booth seating, the food was terribly great. I gave 4 stars for price, just because it's hurts the pocketbook to dine out these days but it was my birthday and I'm willing to splurge on myself once in a great while. Thank you for a special evening with my dear friend.

Seems like some of their recipes have changed and everything tasted sweet. Would also like more wine by the glass choices. Service was fantastic and the food was good, just not as great as usual. Will go again, maybe just an off night.

Very much enjoy my time here every time I go. The Barlow is gem in general, and Blue Ridge is a great place to stop for a drink and some food. I've only had one meal over a dozen times easily, so this review is slightly limited. Great location, i've had a great experience with staff (easily over 12 times eating here) and the Drunken Fried Chicken keeps me coming back...literally...I continually come back for this delicious fried chicken with the Kentucky butter sauce...it's the real deal. Don't sleep on it! and if you do, cool, more for me =P

Just absolutely an amazing experience, from the friendly and helpful staff to the great cooks and support personnel making sure that they're amazing dishes are very much so consistent and tasty. We were lucky to come across this place as we were attending a wedding and they had their dinner here, I was expecting some middle of the road bar food at this establishment but I was completely wrong. They are Cajun pasta is truly a can't miss dish. The care and attention that they place with making that dish so delicious in balance in each and every bite is a work of art. Now don't think that this is only a good restaurant it is much more as they have a great bar that comes up with some of the best craft cocktails that you will ever experience. The drinks that we had were amazing and the things that they did with herbal along with different flavors really set things off nicely along with a presentation that is top notch. I wish I can tell you a negative about this restaurant for you to be aware of, but I don't have anything negative to offer so please enjoy this restaurant in all of its food and beverage glory and let me know how was your experience. This is a truly must enjoy restaurant with big portions and fair pricing, something you just don't get a lot of these days.
