The place is really nice, reminiscent of the old fern bars, the staff is very friendly. We had a pisco sour as cocktail, it was just OK. Dishes were quite heavy. I believe the chef could go with a lighter touch on the butter.
This place is lively and is a lovely take on a seventies-style fern bar with joyful decor. We really wanted to like it, had spotted it on another trip to Sebastopol, and this time, made a reservation. The food, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It's VERY heavy and greasy. The cooks just don't have a light hand, and it was a disappointment to us because, of course, there are so many great places to dine in Sonoma. A bit of a wasted evening on that score. What's...
Went there for lunch. While the menu is limited, everything was well executed and delicious. Service was fast and attentive. Decor was so cute. Great place to stop by in the Barlow!
