The employees are very kind. This is a great Starbucks to dine in. I enjoy coming here :)
Great service had a young man serving me i was having bad morning and this young man’s good spirit help brighten up what looked like a bad day even if it was just for a second. I think his name was Ernie. Sorry if I got it wrong bad with names but all the staff Are very friendly
The employees were nice as they always are, however when it came to the hello kitty release they were not fair at all. They unboxed tumblers while we were waiting in line to pay and handed them to those in the front which already had cups in their hands. Then they opened some mugs and they wouldn’t give them to the people in the back they put them on the shelf. Seems like they were playing favorites because the people in the front were their friends.
