Dim sun, Lumpia, and Pork buns were all very fresh and delicious, they were slightly unique compared to most others you would find around here. Take a walk around old Shasta and give this place a shot.”

“We were driving through looking for healthy local gluten free food options and found Le Testimony. We were impressed from the beginning! The owners are so kind and friendly. The gluten free crepes were divine and the soup was so flavorful and delicious. They have a lovely patio where we were able to have our small dog with us.”

“I enthusiastically suggest that individuals consider visiting this establishment to experience their delectable culinary offerings. Regrettably, I neglected to capture photographs of the dishes, as my husband and I eagerly indulged in the meal. It made me jump in joy they relocated from Redding to Anderson, as it is now conveniently situated in close proximity to ME! We placed an order for three varieties of pupusas, a traditional Salvadorian dish. We ordered the Birria Plate and the Birria Burrito. The birria was exceptionally flavorful and tender, accompanied by homemade tortillas, a rare find in today's culinary landscape. The refried beans and Mexican rice was as good/or better than my mom's. That's says alot!!! The burrito was remarkably large in size. The owner demonstrated kindeness and provided outstanding service. It was evident that the food was freshly prepared, as the owner was peeling tomatillos husks to create fresh salsa. I would like to mention that their Horchata was exceptional. I am constantly seeking the finest Horchata in Shasta County, and this establishment undoubtedly surpasses all others. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of ice. However, since I was taking my food home, I simply added ice upon arrival. But Folks...do please come and support this new place in Anderson”

“On our way to Oregon we stopped in Redding for lunch and found Trendy's on Yelp. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Alma, was very kind. I left my credit card on the table when we left and they were closed by the time I realized it was gone. I called the next day and they said they would hold onto it until we came back by. We stopped yesterday for lunch and they had saved my card for me. Lunch was excellent again and the waitress, I didn't get her name, was a sweetheart. I highly recommend Trendy's!”

“Dinner date for our 9 year anniversary was absolutely perfect thanks to Mike at Cafe Paradisio! Everything was delicious, we had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, didn’t wait even 2 minutes for water and our drink order. I had red wine and husband had a beer both came out at the same time promptly. We ordered our dishes and while waiting for our meals we could hear other guests around us gushing in joy about how amazing their dishes were! Once ours arrived we dug in and then HAD to try eachothers too; both were above and beyond incredible! If you haven’t been you need to go! We will now be making this our date night place! Husband had the curry & I had the chicken Marsala *it wouldn’t let me load my photos so I’ll add them in the comments.”

“Fun decor, delicious sandwiches, and great service! We ordered a bowl of chili, the Poor Boy, Club Sandwich, The Californian, and The Florentine and enjoyed all of them. Brought our dog and the owner even gave us a water bowl. Would highly recommend if stopping by!Vegetarian options: They have 6 vegetarian options - 4 sandwiches and 2 salads (most of which include avocado so they’re pretty filling). I had the Florentine and it was amazing.”

“A super cute hole in the wall place with yummy food and good service. I got the veggie omelette and the country potatoes. The omelette was packed full of veggies and was perfectly seasoned. The potatoes were delightfully crispy but I do wish they had a smidge more seasoning. My friend said she had the best Reuben she's had in a very, very long time! Planning on going back for sure!Vegetarian options: I only remember seeing 2-4 vegetarian options on the menu, of which the omelette seemed to be the most filling and with the most veggies”
