We had lunch there today and everything was delicious. Love the freshness of the food, especially the onions and cilantro. The service was great too. My daughter also highly recommends Delicia. She is the one who told me about it.

Absolutely amazing little place, we got seated fast, and everything came out pretty quick!! i'd recommend this for anyone near by, or just trying to get off the 50 to eat!! family agrees is the best food we've gotten in awhile!! will def return!!

Delicia is an absolutely amazing little place, with fast seating and quick service. The food is great, and the staff clearly care a lot about their food and their guests. It is the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in El Dorado County, with high quality food made by a mother & son duo that care about their guests' experience. Everything eaten there is delicious and fresh, including the chicken tostada, chicken taco salad, and mashed potato flautas, which amaze with the flavor in each bite. The enchilla plate with rice and beans is delicious, with a deep flavored enchillada sauce, though the beans are a tad bland. The salsa is delicious, and the Jamaica is perfect, not too sweet like most restaurants. The churros are handmade and fresh. The service is excellent, with a friendly and prompt server, and Leo creates a welcoming, positive attitude. A real gem of a place, and so glad to have it available here in Shingle Springs.
