I ordered the Meatball Smash Sandwich, and honestly, words can't describe how incredible it was. It was hands down the best meatball sandwich I've ever had. The house-made pesto took it to another level and absolutely knocked it out of the park.
The restaurant was spotless, with clean tables and a great atmosphere. I also tried one of their local beers on tap, and it was ice cold and paired perfectly with the sandwich.

“Lakewood Rocks Sports Bar is a very nice. Great live bands, friendly bartenders, clean, dance floor, nice decore and set up well. It may look small from the outside but step in and you will find it's much larger. Sue the owner is a very friendly person and takes pride in what she does. Myself as a woman feels safe there. We all liked our food - it was "good" (OK would sound as if any of us had been unhappy) - good burgers and fries. Unless I would be asked by someone to join particularly there, I doubt I would go again. It's not a "No" to the restaurant itself, it is a "Yes" to all the other great places on the same street I have not explored yet. So again, if you want to check out games and have a great night out with like-minded, this is highly recommended.“

All the musicians who played outside in the outdoor eating area were there for The International Day of Music . I want to thank Shannon’s On Pine for staging this event with our 501(c) California Charity The Long Beach Blues Society. Great food,excellent beverages, and fun atmosphere. “Just had some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor in every bite. The waffle fries were perfectly seasoned, the onion rings were crispy and delicious, and the shredded cabbage with dressing was absolutely amazing. Everything paired together so well and made the meal even better.

The service was amazing, and the overall experience was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this spot 10 out of 10, and I’ll definitely be back!

“I've been to this location twice and have had a great experience both time. No extra bells and whistles but fast service and great food. Took my daughter to try the om cheese burger and it delivered! She loved it. She went crazy with The mozzarella sticks to see how far they stretched. And oh boy did they stretch. I loved the privacy but the constant check-in from the server and even the manager who is extremely friendly, super nice and crazy attentive made you feel like family. This location is definitely worth checking out if you're on a date or spending family time.“

I ordered the half chicken, original with Smokey hot sauce. The chicken is not as juicy as Jollibee or bbq, the sweet yet hot sauce, however, is sticky good. It comes with pickled radish / chicken-mu to cut through the grease and spice. It's good to enjoy it with a glass of cold beer.“

They have 2 happy hours ! Early and long hours Happy hour from 12-5pm and happy hour from 6-8pm.
