“Friendly local spot we were happy to find. Lots of TVs and great place to catch a game. They offered complimentary hot dogs and chili when we were there. You can bring in your own food from the many eatery’s nearby since they don’t have a kitchen.“

“This was my first time trying Puesta Del Sol because I had heard from several people that their hamburger were really good.
After trying it myself, I can say the burger did not disappoint.
For a Mexican restaurant, they make a surprisingly good burger, even though burgers are not typically their specialty.
The other dishes we tried were also delicious, especially the menudo. Overall, the food was flavorful, satisfying, and worth coming back for.
The only downside was the wait time. The food took a while to come out, particularly the burger. Be prepared to wait around 15–20 minutes, especially during busy hours.
As for the restaurant itself, the place is decent. It’s not the cleanest restaurant I’ve been to, but it’s comfortable enough and has a relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, if you're in San Pedro and looking for good food, especially a great burger and menudo, Puesta Del Sol is definitely worth a try.

“Old school bar and restaurant with a woodsy vibe. Comfortable seating and shared tables, and a small amount of seating at the bar. Great cocktails, bartender was friendly and nice, and the service was great. Had breakfast here, the breakfast was very good, typical American breakfast, served hot and fresh. I recommend this place, it's a nice local restaurant and bar.“

“I had wonderful time there at Shannon’s On Pine. Everyone who works there are very friendly and service excellent. I was there for a special event with KLBP and The Long Beach Blues Society. All the musicians who played outside in the outdoor eating area were there for The International Day of Music . I want to thank Shannon’s On Pine for staging this event with our 501(c) California Charity The Long Beach Blues Society. Great food,excellent beverages, and fun atmosphere. Even without a special event this place rocks Bob Barr Long Beach, California“

“Great little American hole in the wall. The only light inside is from the neon signs and football on tv. They have darts. The staff are lovely and make a mean bloody Mary. My go to spot for a bit of day drinking whenever I'm in town on business.“
