Went back to this location and had a VERY rude employee. A girl with glasses and brown hair, the one starting you with your meal. Rushing me about what I want without giving me the chance to respond. Rolled her eyes at me when I did and was giving me looks and attitude. I understand this place might get busy or you're trying to get through your day but there was no need for that. The other staff were fine and professional, except her. My whole family and I wont be back here again.
My first experience in a chipotle, very good experience, the meat isn’t the best but the vegetables are very fresh and there is great service, would definitively order much more in the future
My order got mixed up, but the woman who helped me turned the whole experience around. She was so kind, patient, and professional. She made sure my order was remade perfectly and took the time to make everything right. Great customer service like that really stands out, and I truly appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you for making fixing my order. ( my husband picked the other up and I came back if you remember me hey girl) !!!! Lol
