While I am sure the cookies are good, I will never know. After ordering a cookie cake last year right before lockdown orders, we agreed to just hold the order open until the bridal shower could be rescheduled. After the 3rd reschedule, we agreed it was best to get a refund. She said she could not credit my card and asked me to dispute the charge instead. This didn't work.
