An ok place. Food was good but service was slow. Nice location and good stop of you are in a pinch. The drinks were excellent though. Loud which is ok as it was busy.
The food was tasty—especially the omelette, French toast, American breakfast and yogurt parfait. Our group of seven had a bit of trouble finding a clean table, as the restaurant seemed understaffed and lacked a clear host area. Portions were just right for some and slightly small for others. Overall a good meal, but improved organization would really enhance the experience.
5/8 back and going to maintain a 4 for now. I really enjoy the servers and the cook is the same cook now the last couple months which I think is getting much more consistent. There isn’t to many things on the menu so consistency is key for a long term stay like myself.
Never-mind, back to a three. It’s such a convent spot but the cooking is very inconsistent.
Changed to four star. I’ve ate here enough now to figure what is good and what isn’t. Noticed new...read full review

The Boiler Room is an ok place with a nice location. Food is good but service is slow. Drinks are excellent. It can be loud when busy. The food is tasty, especially the omelette, French toast, American breakfast and yogurt parfait. Portions are just right for some and slightly small for others. The restaurant seems understaffed and lacks a clear host area. The cooking is very inconsistent. Service is fair and for the price the food is under par. The steak/potato/zucchini meal, tomatoes soup, chicken piccata, and cheesecake were disappointing. It is a convenient spot.
