We got a great brief history on the bakery and Solvang. After leaving, strolling down the street eating our goods, I’m glad we took it to go. “This place is OFF THE HOOK! Seriously the best bagel shop I have ever been! It's nestled in the back of a strip mall type place.... And if you didn't know it was there... you may miss it but honestly... word of mouth is getting people there because it is the best! I had the Benedict twice and both times did not disappoint! Hubby got the special and the lox... we also tried the scramble... ALL AMAZING! Love love love it! BEST BAGELS EVER!“
“Even though this is a small town,to say the least,this family run cafe has it all.No chance that I would bother going to a larger chain eatery.Treated well,service spot on.Not overbearing.Oh,the food?My better half was quiet as a mouse as she devoured her veggie omelet,so I assume she liked it...pork chops for me.....tough to find these days.Oh, my.We were on our way to San Luis Obispo from Santa Barbara...yes,a bit of a detour,but well worth it.“
