Recommended dishes: Shoyu Ramen with Pork Belly
They were great. Its a small shop with mostly outdoor seating but they had heaters and umbrellas so it was still great despite the chill and the rain. Their ramen was very good. They also poured quite an ample glass of sake for the price. All in all l, would definitely recommend if you lien ramen or want to try it for the first time. Its definitely non-spice friendly. If you like spicy ramen you will want to add a little chili oil for the heat. Noddles were perfectly done as well.

Kimchi fried rice with pork belly and crispy garlic is a must get!
Don't forget to ask for the crispy garlic
Shoyu ramen is not bad considering the location.

Wow. this little place is a real gem for Solvang. We were passing through on our way North and stopped here for dinner. We had pork belly bao buns, spicy tan tan and crispy rice cakes. They were all 5* and SO delicious. I wish it was closer to SF, cuz we would eat there every week!!

I’m not any sort of Ramen expert, but that was awesome, delicious, fresh. The seating area is really comfortable and clean. The staff is really friendly. Seems like a great spot to come back to again and again.

Absolutely amazing ramen! Best ramen I’ve had since moving to California. The noodles and veggies are so fresh, you can taste the quality in the ingredients.
They also have an extensive menu with other great options that I am eager to come and try!
I’ve also heard from locals that the dessert is to die for (didn’t have room in my belly for it cuz the ramen portion is MASSIVE)
Definitely worth the money!

Amazing place! I ordered the vegetarian ramen and added spicy ground chicken to have a good balance in carbs/veggies/proteïn.
The ramen was full of different fresh ingredients and really tasty. The service and music were good too! Probably one of the best options in Solvange if you want to eat responsibly.

Great tan-tan ramen. Wish there were more chunks of meat, but the broth was good. Also had the pork bun, very tasty. It's all outdoor seating, on the day I came, it was 90+ in the shade so I was dying. Staff was great!

Very average tasting ramen. Go there if you are in town and only want ramen else there are many good spots around

Simply put the food is below average. Nothing special which is a shame because I have had some good Ramen in the past from other places and was looking forward to it. The bigger issue is that they were just rude. Would most definitely not recommend this place when there are so many other great places to dine in the area.

I love this place, and it's become a must-visit every time I'm in town. Lots of vegetarian options for me, and you can tell the owners care a lot about what they're serving. The tofu bao is amazing, and seasonal salads always hit. The veg ramen is great too -- ask for their homemade hot sauce.
