“Staff was so friendly ? We love Dutch Bros and always make sure to go when we are in the area. Its nice to pull up to a coffee place that is happy you are there unlike another chain (competitor) that seems pissed off when you pull in for your coffee.“
“I want to love this place but the service was a turn-off for me. A long-awaited juice bar in Sonoma really excited me! I stopped while a new employee was being trained. I was the only customer. The trainer was knowledgeable about the different juices and gave a great recommendation. He suggested coconut milk. They were out. Then oat milk. No oat milk. We settled on almond milk. Then he had to go someplace else to get ice while I waited. The juice was good but I was there for about 20 minutes. I know this is "slow-noma" but that was too much. The juice was delicious, the place was cute and clean but they need to get things prepped before opening. This was after 10am, btw. I gave an extra star because I don't want people to think it's not a good stop. It is! Just step up the service and you'll be amazing!“
