Tostilocos - 3/5 : Personally a little over sauced! It was drenched in chamoy and Valentina! It made our chips way too soggy. Also the little candy pieces they put in there felt skimpy. Coconut Ice cream - 2/5 : I'm not sure what's going on with their freezer space but the ice cream was soft! Basically melted. It was not fresh and tasted a little old? Customer Service - 5/5 : the girl who helped my mom and I was really sweet. She was helpful in whichever way she could be helpful.
As a Hispanic I'm not usually too fond of street food being turned to restaurants due to the fact that everything is overpriced. Although priced higher than you would find goodies in the streets La Michoacana VIP definitely brings quality to the table. From raspado (shaved ice) to fruit this place has far better taste, texture, and quality that you can find in the steers and far exceeded my expectations. Come for a bite

Of course after you eat you want dessert, 1st time there the staff was very nice and friendly, even gave us a discount for it being out 1st time. My mom had Strawberry sherbert and I had black walnut ice cream very good. Whenever we are in the neighborhood we will be stopping.
