Insomnia Cookies

Little countertop walk up, the cookies here are pretty delicious. Tried a brownie and a peanut butter cup cookie, and while great felt like something that with an oven and a little time I could whip up pretty quickly. But, for the price and easy of the transaction, stopping through on a stroll makes sense. The lady helping us was friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations.

Cookies were hard and small. For the price, I expected better and also had some hair on one. They definitely were not fresh 1st and last time, I try insomnia cookies.

Good cookies but this location frequently closes earlier than it says they do online. I showed up at 11:40 and they're already closed. For a place that says that provide "post-midnight munchies" they don't seem to be open past midnight all that often

A friend had these delivered to me in Gardnerville! I wasn’t home to receive them so they weren’t warm of course, but they were AMAZING just the same! Could definitely be habit forming! Thank you to whoever delivered them all the way down here in the valley—made my night!

I don’t even want to admit how many times I have gotten some bomb dessert delivered from here . Always great service , fast delivery Brooke never misses a beat. We need more late night options in this town but Insomnia Cookies doesn’t miss

The two guys behind the counter that looked like twins were extremely rude, we had been waiting 45 minutes to bake the cookies ( I was willing to wait as I had just came out of a 16 week prep diet and was finally allowed a cookie) then as we finally get to order, they were extremely short and tempered with us when we asked questions about what they offered, trying to rush us into placing the order while also giving me not what i wanted ordered.
Great cookies but the staff gets 1 Star.

I am a long time local and am completely addicted since they opened! I order delivery multiple times a week and it is almost always Brooke who delivers them. She is amazing, kind, and customer oriented. Estimated delivery times are sometimes a bit longer than predicted but she is unnecessarily apologetic when you factor in traffic and busy weekends with a town full of tourists. I've had issues with doordashers being the ones to deliver my order in the past with tracking I can see they take there time and sit in one random spot for an hour! I called and was informed that they're insomnia drivers usually arrive after 7pm so I will only be ordering after 7 from now on.

So long waiting time with no other customers

Don’t order DoorDash! The three minute drive to the g hotel somehow took them 30 minutes!! That was after 30 minutes of prep time, making it an hour (DoorDash estimate was 25 min) DoorDash says they rely on insomnia’s driver and insomnia says they rely on DoorDash driver.

My husband and I were really excited to get cookies here but from the moment we walked into the shop we were met with a bad attitude from the staff. We understand everyone has off days but it kinda ruined it for us. The cookies were okay but the attitude of being annoyed of us walking in and asking a question about the cookies was a bummer.
